greetings from Nashville

I'm in Nashville, Tennessee. Annalise is checking out a college (not Vanderbilt!).
This a.m. I ran 13+ miles.
My trusty GPS device had to reconnect with the satellites, so it didn't count the first 3/4 of a mile. That's a lot of feet when you're running 13 miles. I'm weird about my distance though. I gotta keep going til the GPS says I've gone the distance.

I headed out from the B&B at 7:30ish..and ran down to the main drag in search of the Vanderbilt athletic fields. Asked a groundskeeper where they might be and (go to the KFC and head on down). Found them...they were open.

I tossed my water belt on the ground and took off again. The track was soft and cushy, seemed to work my muscles, too. Unlike the jarring of the road or the sidewalk, or even a dirt path, it's sort of a soft little workout. Three times around was a mile, so I was there for awhile. I ran around that spongy little track 30 times for 11 miles. Added to my 2.5 running there and back, I did over 13 miles, easy.

Last week was insane. It's all been bridges this and bridges that. Post is on track and in a very good place. Color correction and conform are in progress. Justin continues to charm us and his work is A+. We'll have this baby in top form in time for our trip to NYC.

Our boy Rhett will be in theatres near you soon, until then, head for Netflix and update your queue with "the puffy chair". It's not ready yet, but put it in for a save, shows how much we all want to see this film.

What else? Reading up on acquisitions, getting stuff done, as the Storie girls, do. We're just weird like that.

Nashville is cool, crisp air and sweet, friendly people. Everyone says hello and smiles...I wonder if something is in the water. People keep telling us how happy they are we're here. It's pretty darn nice.
Apparently Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are hanging around, I'll send a post if we see them.

alright, go to Netflix and update your queue...
