progress

The last few days I've moved ahead on Roadside, Texas. I'm getting past the overwhelming stage where I log the footage, categorize it in three different ways and think too hard about what should go where and what that means. I know the footage well enough to have entire dialogues with myself about whether I should use one piece or another and how that will change everything.

So, I'm trying to be more Zen about it, or just more roadside about it, moving through the time line, cutting and pruning to get to that homey, honest, truth I know is there. Thank goodness for Kat and Barbara, and their exceptionally good instincts. They won't let me make a bad turn, much less a wrong turn.

Last night I discovered a new type of organic dark chocolate (70% cocoa) flavored with just a hint of mint.

Also, that green tea flavored dark chocolate is incredible. Next time you're there I'll show it to you. It's $4 a bar, but you'll love it!
