Year of the Pig

I just learned from Neil Gaiman's site that it is now the Year of the Pig. Then I learned that it's not just the Year of the Pig, it's the Year of the Fire Pig.
As Gaiman says, "Pigs, I learned as a boy, reading books, especially young pigs, are lovable, brave, noble and intelligent animals who have adventures."
Mr. Gaiman also quotes G. K. Chesterton: "An inconvenience is an adventure wrongly considered. An adventure is only an inconvenience rightly considered..."

I like that quite a lot and may just make it my Year of the Pig mantra.
