Joe O'Connell's Book Release Party

If you don't know Joe, you should. He's a wonderful human being and a kick ass writer. You should all go support him at Book People on July 26th, 7pm at Book People. Pick up his book, say hello and give him a hug for me. Sadly, I'll be enroute to Los Angeles for a friend's wedding or else I'd be first in line. Long ago when I made cicadas, Joe was the very first person who interviewed me for the San Antonio Express and the Austin American Statesman. We've been friends and supporters of each other ever since. I'll be there in spirit Joe.
